All PEAK & GYPSY products undergo a thorough check at the time of packaging to ensure a flawless product for complete customer satisfaction.

In the unlikely event of you wanting to return or exchange a product, there should be a genuine reason for the same.

Please note that items under sale/discount or Promotional Items are not covered under Return Policy.

Returns will be accepted under below conditions.

It is determined the product was not damaged while in your possession.

Product should not be different from what was sent to you.

Return request should be made within 3 days of receipt of item.

If request is accepted, item should be despatched within 3 days of return request acceptance.

Returned items would be assessed to a Quality check and refund request will be processed only if the product passes the Check.

Returned item must be unused and unwashed.

Returned item must be undamaged, clean and handed over as delivered with tags intact, Original Invoice and Manufacturer’s packaging.

Returned items with damage caused due to negligence or improper handling or improper packaging will not be accepted.

Reverse pick up facility may not be possible in all locations. In that case you may have to arrange for dispatch and mail us the relevant courier receipt. Kindly ensure that we receive the Returned Goods not later than 15 days, failing which we may not be able to accept the Return.

Delivery/ Courier charges for both shipment as well as return are non refundable. Even if product is shipped under ‘Free Shipping’, return courier charges and further shipping charges will be deducted as per product weight and location.

Refund requests will only be processed through NEFT and in name of original purchaser.
