Return & Exchange Policy

All PEAK & GYPSY products undergo a thorough check at the time of packaging to ensure a flawless product for complete customer satisfaction.

In the unlikely event of you wanting to return or exchange a product, there should be a genuine reason for the same.

Please note: Items under Sale/Discount or Promotional Items are not covered under the Return & Exchange Policy.

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
  2. The product should not be different from what was sent to you.
  3. Return/Exchange request should be made within 3 days of receipt of the item.
  4. If the request is accepted, the item should be dispatched within 3 days of return request acceptance.
  5. Returned items will undergo a Quality Check, and the refund request will be processed only if the product passes the check.
  6. Returned item must be unused and unwashed.
  7. Returned item must be undamaged, clean, and handed over as delivered with:
    • Tags intact
    • Original Invoice
    • Manufacturer’s packaging
  8. Returned items with damage caused due to negligence, improper handling, or improper packaging will not be accepted.
  9. Reverse pick-up facility may not be available in all locations.
    • In such cases, you may need to arrange dispatch and email us the relevant courier receipt.
    • Kindly ensure we receive the returned goods within 15 days, failing which we may not be able to accept the return.
  10. Delivery/Courier charges for both shipment and return are non-refundable.
    • Even if the product was shipped under “Free Shipping”, return courier charges and further shipping charges will be deducted as per product weight and location.
  11. Refund requests will only be processed through NEFT and in the name of the original purchaser.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please email a request to gypsytents52@gmail.com with your order number before the material is dispatched. Once your order is dispatched from the store, it cannot be cancelled.

A 2% fee will apply for cancellations made prior to dispatch.

Cancellation process may take 1–2 business days and you will be notified regarding the same.
